Cosmic Energy You have all likely noticed how charged the energy feels right now. Many will be feeling the energy as harsh, and there is a good reason for that. It is Retrograde Season! Whilst you may feel that so much is out of sync right now, there is so much that you can still do to connect to your Higher Source, to use this time to re-align, to contemplate your peace and build for an abundant time ahead. Many would have heard the term Mercury Retrograde. Some may have also noticed how the energy changes when Mercury is not direct. Right now there are 3 Planets that are in retrograde. What this means is that the planets appear to be going backwards when aligned with the Earth. It is this that distorts the universal energy, that makes things go haywire and is generally why so many are able to feel the retrograde energy. At this time we have Venus, Jupiter and Saturn in retrograde. Venus Retrograde is happening now with the planet not due to return back direct until 26th June - Venus is the planet of beauty. Her energy enables us to express and connect to others, in both relationships and all those on our path. Venus speaks of our values, her energy binds relationships, our communication, and also our love for others. Right now, you need to be mindful of the Venus Retrograde energy, it has the ability to question what is truly valued in our lives, what we cherish and love. Venus in retrograde brings buried emotions to the surface and asks us to address and deal with them. This must be done through honest communication to enable forward momentum. Jupiter is another planet that is currently retrograde. She is the planet of expansion, prosperity and finances. In retrograde, she is asking you to focus on the energy you are putting out into the world? What is it that you desire? She is asking you to get clear with yourself. Toss aside the old self limiting beliefs and remove all the barriers that are restricting your truth and happiness moving forward. Deal with this now before her retrograde ends and then watch the growth and expansion in your life when she returns direct from 13th September. Saturn is the next planet that is currently retrograde. She is the planet of boundaries, authority, discipline and responsibility. During her retrograde, she is asking you to create very clear boundaries within yourself and with others, to be authoritative with those who over step the mark. In retrograde, she is all about breaking down the ways that we have been pre-conditioned and controlled by others, she is asking us to be strong for ourselves and those we have a need to protect. She is asking you to step out with new respect for yourself, to deal with the situations that are no longer acceptable in your life. This is a powerful time, get boundaries in place now and enable more movement in your life. Saturn will return direct on 29th September. While the retrograde energy may seem harsh right now, and it is, as we feel that we are being pulled in all directions. Knowing the things that you can work on, how to use the energy to take positive steps will help. Make changes now during Retrograde Season and not only will you be doing what the cosmic energy is asking of you right now, you will also be taking massive steps forward that will benefit your life for years to come!
